Discover the hidden surprises of Bexhill’s Egerton Park with a new Park Life Trail quiz for children.
The trail is for children and their parents visiting the Museum and its popular summer parkland spaces. Each question has two answers. Find the answer to each of the first ones in the park, then follow the trail back to visit the Museum to answer the second ones in our galleries.
The Park Life Trail is available free from the museum reception. A sticker and museum pencil are given to children completing the quiz.
There’s plenty to see besides, including Eddie Izzard’s model railways as seen on TV.Bexhill Museum, in Egerton Road, has four galleries – natural history, costume and social history, motoring and transport and Bexhill in WWII. It is open 11am to 4pm Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays except Bank Holidays.
Normal admission charges apply for museum entry to complete the second round of questions (£3 for adults, £2.50 concessions, £1.50 children 5-16 and under 5s are free).
