Astronomy at Herstmonceux

Speaker Sandra Voss is Science Director at The Observatory Science Centre at Herstmonceux, once home to the Royal Greenwich Observatory after its move from London after WWII and before its move to Cambridge in 1990. The centre is still home to an exciting programme of scientific activities run by the charity Science Projects. Sandra herself is a champion of the amateur astronomers who provide valuable data to scientific study, sitting for hours under the night skies. Discounted admission for Bexhill Museum members.
