Stepping Out to Spike Milligan’s Bexhill
9 July @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Spike Milligan spent the first years of his war service stationed with a Royal Artillery unit in Bexhill. A period of his life made famous by his memoir of the time Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall, he enjoyed his stationing here. Bexhill Museum curator Julian Porter leads a walk round the comic’s former haunts. Meet outside the Coastguard Station on Galley Hill.
The guided walk costs £5.00 for adults and £2.00 for accompanied children. We regret that no dogs are allowed on these walks. The walk leaders are Museum volunteers and all proceeds go to Bexhill Museum.
