James Braxton’s Charity Auction for Bexhill Museum

Antiques expert James Braxton, familiar from Antiques Road Trip and Bargain Hunt, will give a short talk before taking the gavel for a charity auction featuring more than 50 donated lots. Items include diecast models, Mamod steam engines, stamps, coins, ceramics, cameras, jewellery, watches and Japanese lacquerware. Thursday 20 August at the Poppy Club, Meads Avenue, Bexhill-on-Sea East Sussex TN39 4SZ. Doors open 5.30 for viewing,  James’s talk at 6.30, and the auction follows a short break.Tickets and catalogues cost £6 and must be booked in advance from Bexhill Museum shop from 1 August. Lots may be viewed in the museum’s Education Room on Sunday 16 August.
