Buster’s back: The museum is hosting another silent classic by Charlie Chaplin, presented by the Bexhill Film Club with club organiser Mike Hatchard at the piano. Showing Wednesday 3 September at 7pm. This time Charlie Chaplin stars.
Step back into cinema history with Charlie Chaplin’s masterpiece The Gold Rush (1925). Chaplin’s iconic Little Tramp braves the Klondike in search of fortune, love, and laughter in one of the greatest silent comedies ever made. A rare chance to enjoy its timeless slapstick and pathos on the screen with piano accompaniment – exactly as Chaplin intended. Tickets are £8 and must be pre-booked.
