This gardening prize from Clapham Police Station (then at the junction of Union Grove and Smedley Street) was awarded to Charles Henry Morley Goodsell (1907-2004), a market gardener's son from Bexhill. At the time Charles was a Met PC living in Tulse Hill. #LBLMAGiantAndTiny
