Lecture: Popular local lecturer Ken Brooks tells the story of Lord & Lady Brassey’s adventures during their voyage round the world on their steam yacht, The Sunbeam. During their travels between 1876-77 the couple collected a fascinating variety of natural history and ethnographic artefacts – some of which found a home at Bexhill Museum.
