SUMMARY:The Mark of Zorro - Bexhill Film Club
DESCRIPTION:We go off swashbuckling in the next showing at Bexhill Film Club. Douglas Fairbanks stars in the 1920 film The Mark of Zorro.\nIt is the story of Don Diego Vega who dons a mask to become Zorro. He fights for the rights of the downtrodden people against a corrupt government in Spanish California.\nHe marks the faces of the baddies with his ‘Z’ mark.\nWhile not in disguise he woos the lovely Lolita Pulido but she dislikes him. However she does like Zorro…\nThe film will be shown on Wednesday 4 November at 7pm in the Museum Education Room. Live piano accompaniment will be provided by Mike Hatchard.\nTickets are £8. You can reserve your seats by phoning (01424 222058) or by calling into the museum.
