All day this week: Park Life Trail

Discover the hidden surprises of Bexhill’s Egerton Park with a new Park Life Trail quiz for children.

The trail is for  children and their parents visiting the Museum and its popular summer parkland spaces. Each question has two answers. Find the answer to each of the first ones in the park, then follow the trail back to visit the Museum to answer the second ones in our galleries.

The Park Life Trail is available free from the museum reception. A sticker and museum pencil are given to children completing the quiz.

There’s plenty to see besides, including Eddie Izzard’s model railways as seen on TV.  Please note that the Museum is closed Monday except Bank Holiday.

25 June 1929 | A French Jewish girl, Jeanine Nicole Heimer, was born in Paris.

In October 1943 she was deported from #Drancy to #Auschwitz. She did not survive.

Bexhill Museum is open six days a week, 11:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on Mondays, except on Bank Holidays. Keep an eye on social media and our events page for news of special events.
